Job Description

Since 2015, FARM has been providing safe access to cannabis in a discreet and professional environment remaining client focused and service minded in a high volume retail setting. Budtenders/Drivers at FARM interact with customers seeking information on the range of available cannabis products and are essential for the front of house (FOH) customer service team. Individuals in this position ensure that quality and efficiency standards are met for all customers. Delivery drivers, will drive Farm branded vehicles for local deliveries.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring quality assurance and excellent customer service;
• Maintaining knowledge of a wide range of products and accessories;
• Delivering packaged product to customers
• Maintaining delivery records
• Communicating with our Dispatch to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Providing customer education on FARM’s range of products;
• Providing a smooth full-spectrum customer experience;
• Maintaining a pleasant and organized environment;
• Strict adherence to all policy and compliance, including The Original FARM’s internal policies, Provincial, and Federal; and
• Other duties as required.
• Safely operating company equipment and vehicles
• You will also be trained as a Budtender for times during your shift when there is no delivery work
• Class 5 or 7 BC Driver’s License
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Clear Criminal Records Check
• Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work as a member of a team

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Strong customer service skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Works well in high volume, high level of care, retail environment
• Able to work as a member of a team
• Strong cannabis knowledge and passion required
• BC Selling it Right Certificate

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Part-time ranging from 10 - 30 hours weekly
• Must be willing to sign FARM’s terms of employment contract
• Must be able to work a variety of night/weekend shifts when required
• Must be willing to cover shifts in the event of sick days/ leaves of colleagues
• Reports to: Assistant Front of House Managers and Store Manager
• Direct Reports: No
• FARM adheres to BC Employment Standards law for hiring and termination

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.86 per hour
