Job Description The Car Sales General Manager oversees all store operations, including sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance. Responsibilities include achieving high customer service scores (NPS), meeting sales & profitability targets, finalizing purchases, managing trade-ins and sales agreements, and inventory management such as merchandising and vehicle pricing. The role supports digital retailing initiatives like R2B, manages employee, consumer, and vendor issues, ensures ICC compliance, maintains staffing levels, and drives sales targets across all channels. It also involves CRM metric accountability, sales team training, coaching, and KPI achievement. Wage: $58,240.00/year Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, auto dealership and car sales experience, auto financing knowledge, experience with auto lenders, supervisory or managerial experience with P&L responsibility, knowledge of F&I processes, industry pricing tools, vehicle features, and benefits. Strong management, communication, problem-solving, computer literacy, sales, F&I skills, self-motivation, goal orientation, and customer service skills are essential.
