Location: Hybrid – Remote Mondays & Fridays; Onsite Tuesday–Thursday
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Duration: ASAP – February 27, 2026 (Maternity Leave Coverage; no conversion)
Pay: $49–$53/hr

The Role

We are seeking a  dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join a high-performing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple corporate functions—including finance, accounting, legal, HR, and marketing—to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts. You’ll help shape hiring strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter—especially someone with an  agency background who has transitioned into corporate recruiting —to contribute new ideas, fresh perspectives, and recruiting expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, anticipating needs and creating tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Own an average of 15 requisitions at a time, primarily senior-level to director-level corporate roles.
  • Apply expertise across diverse functions, including finance, accounting, legal, marketing, HR, and product development.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to continuously improve recruiting processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, sourcing tools, and diversity recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with peers across the recruiting team to share best practices and provide cross-functional support.
  • Represent the company at events and proactively build talent pipelines through networking and university outreach.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
  • Mix of  agency and corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred .
  • Proven success hiring senior-level (Manager to Director) talent in corporate functions.
  • Strong ability to partner with Director-level and above leadership on hiring strategies.
  • Expertise with  Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack (Greenhouse ATS a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions with urgency and accountability.
  • Creative problem-solver with innovative approaches to sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
  • Passion for the mission and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
