Our Bilingual Customer Service Representatives are the voice and face of our Equipment Financing leasing business, delivering outstanding service and solutions to both internal and external clients. Whether connecting by phone, email, or virtually screen-to-screen, our team ensures every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Your Role:

Customer Service. Lease Administration. Process Optimization.

  • Deliver exceptional service:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Manage incoming calls and visitor interactions with urgency and respect. Maintain confidentiality across all customer and vendor transactions.
  • Execute lease processes: Input credit applications, fulfill documentation requests, verify lease details, and generate/distribute lease documents. Make account adjustments in line with policy and guidelines.
  • Maintain customer records: Process updates such as name changes, new lessees, address modifications, banking details, and more.
  • Drive process improvement: Analyze customer feedback and cancellations to identify opportunities for internal optimization. Collaborate with the team to enhance processes, products, and services.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or office administration
  • Experience or knowledge in financial services is a strong asset
