About the Role: The Dental Lab Technician Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a dental laboratory. Minimum Qualifications: - Associate degree or higher in Dental Technology or a related field.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to dental laboratories.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification from a recognized dental technology association (e.g., National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology).
- Experience working within social assistance or community health settings.
- Proficiency with digital dental technologies such as CAD/CAM systems.
