Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote Central/Northern USA and Canada

Hours: Full-time, permanent post

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Salesperson to join our Syngas Catalyst and Technology team. The ideal candidate will combine deep process engineering knowledge with strong client relationship and project management abilities.

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol units across Central and North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts overseeing the complete sales and service lifecycle, from quotation and sale to startup and optimization.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings, technical training, and conference participation.
  • Develop and apply in-depth expertise in syngas unit operation, design, and optimization, including hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol production processes.
  • Analyze plant data to evaluate catalyst and unit performance; identify optimization opportunities to maximize efficiency and throughput.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer results.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience within the relevant industry is essential for this role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, troubleshooting, and client-facing technical service, ideally in syngas, hydrogen, ammonia, or methanol operations.
  • Strong understanding of process design, unit optimization, and catalyst technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in refining or petrochemical plant operations.
