AVTEL のサービス技術者として、アクセス制御や CCTV などの統合セキュリティ システムのインストール、修理、保守において重要な役割を担います。現場でのインストール、技術的な問題の診断と解決、計画的予防保守 (PPM) の実施を担当します。さらに、小規模なプロジェクトを支援し、エンジニアリング チームと緊密に連携して、クライアントに最高レベルのサービスを提供します。

As a Service Technician at AVTEL, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of integrated security systems, including access control and CCTV. 【Job Responsibilities】
■ Installation & Maintenance
Install, repair, and maintain integrated security systems such as access control, CCTV, and related technologies.
Diagnose and evaluate technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
■ Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)
Conduct regular PPM on existing systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
■ Project Support
Assist with on-site surveys and support pricing for client projects.
Contribute to small-scale project tasks and ensure work is completed to specification.
■ Compliance & Safety
Adhere to company procedures, safety protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in all installation and maintenance activities.
■ Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with the engineering team to resolve issues and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

【必要な経験】
■同様の職務で少なくとも 3 年間の経験があり、統合セキュリティ システムのインストールと保守に関する豊富な経験があること。
技術スキル
■アクセス コントロール、CCTV、および関連するセキュリティ システムの経験があること。
■トラブルシューティングと基本的な IT ネットワークに精通していること。CAD の経験があれば尚可。
【Required Experience】
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in the installation and maintenance of integrated security systems.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with access control systems, CCTV, and related security technologies.
Proficient in troubleshooting and basic IT networking.
Experience with CAD is a plus.
Communication Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to clients.
Fluency in both spoken and written Japanese and English is highly desirable.
Business-level proficiency in at least one of the two languages is required.
Flexibility & Reliability
Willingness to work outside of standard hours when needed to ensure timely response to client needs.
