Annual Salary: 14  Million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to manage resources, risks, and project milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Job Qualification: 

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience working with global teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master¿s preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N ) and Business level English
