The Role We are currently searching for an
Operations Administrator reporting to the
Assistant Manager, Operations . This is a
Full-Time Permanent opportunity
. Candidates must be available for both day and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support overall logistics efficiency.
Location Onsite at the Saskatoon Distribution Centre
What You'll Be Doing - Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
- Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers.
- Investigate and complete customer credit requests
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activities
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education - High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience - Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software
- Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable
Skills - Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve and take ownership in your responsibilities
- Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
