Responsibilities:

• Design innovative samples tailored to market demands
• Drive product performance by leveraging understandings of ingredient functionality and product composition
• Coordinate raw material testing activities
• Exercise knowledge in formula creation, trial execution, and product launch processes
• Ensure product specifications and labelling fit within nutritional and regulatory frameworks
• Work cross functionally with sales and category management to understand market demand
• Collaborate with Production to maintain product quality through manufacturing process
• Evaluate and report on product performance
• Monitor and update operational quality standards and manufacturing processes to suppor continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors, experts
• Ensure accuracy of product documentation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product development experience in the food/beverage industry
• Postsecondary education in a food related industry
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in GMP environments is a strongly preferred
