Recruiter Position in Memphis, Tennessee

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a strong understanding of recruitment tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective job postings.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track candidate interactions and maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as career fairs and networking events.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and meet organizational goals.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and technologies used in recruitment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities and candidate information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Memphis, Tennessee five days a week.
  • Familiarity with CareerBuilder and other job boards.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
