✔ 1+ years of telesales/phone-based closing experience — Proven track record in high-ticket sales
✔ Experience in automotive industry (sales) preferred
✔ Master of the fundamentals — Strong grasp of tonality, discovery, and objection handling
✔ Team-first mentality — Collaborative, supportive, and genuinely excited to build something great with others
✔ Empathetic closer — You build trust and rapport, not pressure. Emotionally intelligent with customers and teammates
✔ Self-motivated and coachable — Strong follow-through habits with eagerness to learn and grow
✔ Tech-savvy and organized — Comfortable with CRM management, pipeline organization, and task follow-through
✔ Fully committed — Ready to work 40+ hours weekly, starting 7 AM Mon-Fri with some weekend coverage
✔ Lightning-fast response — Available to respond to leads within 5 minutes during business hours
🖥️ Technical Requirements✔ Professional home office setup — Computer, two full-sized screens, quality headset
✔ Reliable internet — Stable connection for seamless customer interactions
✔ CRM proficiency — Experience managing pipelines, tasks, and follow-up systems
💰 What You Can Expect✔ $125K+ OTE with $200K+ max earning potential — 100% commission-only 1099 role with uncapped earnings
✔ Immediate high-volume opportunity — Inbound leads across multiple markets from day one
✔ Texas territory growth — Transition to dedicated Texas-only territory as performance is proven
✔ No cold calling — All leads are inbound or appointment-based
✔ Flexible remote schedule — Ideal coverage between 7 AM – 7 PM CST
✔ Clear advancement path — Sales Manager opportunities with overrides on team sales
✔ Fully remote — Optional office access in Austin or DFW

✔ Manage robust follow-up pipeline — CRM handles logistics, your engagement drives wins
✔ Maintain pristine CRM records — Follow tasks, push deals forward, stay organized
✔ Collaborate seamlessly — Work with fulfillment and support teams for smooth handoffs
✔ Contribute to growth — Help refine scripts, lead routing, and sales strategies
✔ Step into leadership — Train new closers and manage regional operations as we scale
