Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing clean, intuitive interfaces for web applications, ideally in fintech, trading, analytics, or other data-dense environments.

You will be responsible for crafting the user experience across dashboards, trading tools, client workflows, and GoQuant’s public-facing websites. This role involves close collaboration with our Front-End Engineers, Project Manager, and product leadership to bring high-impact features from concept to production.

This is a full-time role with remote applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for trading interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes (Figma preferred)
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure designs translate accurately into production
• Conduct UX research, gather user feedback, and refine interfaces based on real-world behavior
• Develop and maintain GoQuant’s design system, ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms
• Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns for data-heavy features
• Collaborate with leadership on product roadmap decisions, design strategy, and UI standards
• Support design needs for GoQuant marketing pages and investor-facing materials (as needed)

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (fintech or SaaS preferred)
• Expert proficiency with Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems)
• Strong understanding of UX principles: information hierarchy, interaction design, usability testing
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or real-time interfaces
• Solid grasp of responsive design and mobile-optimized layouts
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with engineering teams
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
• Experience creating clean, minimalist, and high-clarity fintech-style UI
• A portfolio showcasing relevant product design work (required)
