We are seeking self?motivated, energetic, detail oriented, highly organized, tech?savvy Registered Nurses to join our Workers Compensation Field Case Management team. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and a performance?based bonus paid out on a monthly or quarterly basis. Our organization promotes autonomy through a Monday?Friday working schedule, paid holidays, and flexibility as you coordinate the care of your members.
Provide medical and vocational case management services for workers' compensation inured workers and insurance customers. This is performed in accordance with MN Department of Labor QRC licensure and Rules. The position includes coordinating return to work and medical management assistance for workers' compensation participants, including injured workers, claims adjusters, attorneys, employers and medical personnel. QRC licensure required in good standing.
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
