Overview

We have over 24 Nursing Clinics across Ontario and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver care to the patients who need it the most.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in St. Thomas providing care to clients within a school setting.

This is a Full-Time position

Hours of work are during regular school hours Monday to Friday.

Wages

  • For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria . The RN hourly range is $31.15 to $46.00 , and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
  • For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $26.38 to $32.40 , and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
  • Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test 
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
