Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An in-person School Psychologist position is available to support two elementary schools within a K-12 district in Groveport, OH. This full-semester contract role offers meaningful work with students and collaborative opportunities within the educational team. The position operates from 8:20 AM to 3:50 PM, providing direct psychological services and contributing to the academic and behavioral development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as case manager for Initial and Tri-annual Evaluations, including obtaining consents, planning, conducting, and documenting evaluations.
  • Attend and actively participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) meetings to support student success.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and collaborate with educators and families to address student needs.
  • Conduct classroom and behavior observations for students undergoing evaluation.
  • Manage all necessary documentation and comply with Medicaid billing requirements.
  • Ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer in collaboration with the current School Psychologist, whose last day is February 14, allowing for overlap and caseload sharing.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist with experience working in an elementary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of evaluation processes, RTI frameworks, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in documentation and case management.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid billing procedures is preferred.
