Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules. The ideal candidate will be proficient in GOSU programming, integration development, and enterprise-grade design patterns, with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing business rules, workflows, and APIs on the Guidewire Cloud Platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using GOSU, Integration Plugins, Messaging, and REST APIs.
• Prepare and maintain design and configuration documentation, including field mapping, data definitions, and rule definitions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; provide efficient workarounds and long-term solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment planning for new Guidewire features or releases.
• Apply Guidewire coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-performing code.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain business rules, workflows, and data model configurations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• 9 years of experience in application development, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Proficient in GOSU, Java, SOAP / REST APIs, and Guidewire Integration Frameworks.
• Experience developing and integrating with third-party systems (e.g., billing, claims, underwriting).
• 6 years hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (and/or BillingCenter, ClaimCenter integration).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and enterprise integration design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and product configurations.
