DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任

• 新規採用ステータス変更福利厚生入社退職など幅広いHR業務を文書化処理する

• 質問や課題を調査し適切かつ正確な対応を確保する

• HRISデータを監視し従業員記録が給与福利厚生ステータスその他情報を正確に反映していることを確認する

• HRISデータの一貫性正確性を確認監査し指示に従い標準レポートを作成する

• すべての従業員データ情報が会社方針およびプライバシー機密保持要件に従い保持されていることを確保する

JOB SUMMARY

• Provide transactional and administrative support for HR programs processes and related day-to-day
• transactional workflows.
• Support HR services such as benefits compensation labor and employee relations payroll learning and
• HRIS ensuring systems are updated and processes are followed.
• Ensure employment information is entered updated and maintained in the relevant HR data management systems.
• Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries from employees and managers and escalate or appropriately
• Route complex or sensitive issues to the relevant personnel or departments.

The ability to communicate in: Capable of general communication in English
